Here is something good about my practices with postiive affirmations that I wanted to share.

I have been doing and doing them and what I realize is that doing them bring things into a more positive light - as if the fact that I am saying these things helps things that happen to me in the midst of the day, seem more like blessings than just average happenings.

So this is a good thing for me lately.

I look at all life as miracles. A giant tree that begins as a seed, is a miracle.

Waking up every day... is wonderful.......considering the alternative.

Being alive, able to eat food from the fridge, garden or graze out in the woods is a good thing.

    Watching clouds..

Being able to balance my time to fit everything in each day,.

Touching someone's life in a positive way, making them smile or feel good.

the fact that life is regenerative and that even if things in my past have been bad or residual effects linger on into my present state of consciousness, that something totally new - a universe of its own can happen any moment I choose to let the opportunity in.
